Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:03 a.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the nest regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
782,432.83, in accordance with the 1986 -87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Bay, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution
No. AHA86 -9 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177/123: Authorizing an agreement with Stadler, Shober & Cline, Inc., dba
Pacific Relocation Consultants, in an amount not to exceed $175,000 to provide
a relocation plan and services for the Patrick Henry -Chevy Chase Neighborhood
Project, with total costs not to exceed $7,000 in the event the project is not
implemented.

2. 177/174: RESOLUTION NO. AHA86 -9: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR FUNDS UNDER SECTION 8 OF TITLE II OF THE
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
