Ghairman Bay called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:08 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 25 and December 2, 1986. Authority Member Roth seconded
the motion. Authority Member Bay abstained. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$14,503.09 and $451.71 in Public Housing Authority Bonds, in accordance with
the 1986-87 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Kaywood, seconded by
Authority Member Roth, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated
November 30, 1986.
2. 177/123: Consenting to the sale and transfer of the Heritage Village
Anaheim Project from Calmark Heritage Park/Anaheim II, Ltd., to
Shearson/Calmark Heritage Park II, Ltd. and authorizing the Chairman and
Secretary to execute all documents related thereto.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
Chairman Bay announced that a quorum is not anticipated for the Redevelopment
Agency meeting of December 23, 1986.
ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Pickler moved to adjourn. Authority Member
Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CAR/LIED. (10:09 a.m.)
