Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:10 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held December 11, 1984 and April 30, 1985. Authority Member Roth
abstained on the minutes of April 30, 1985 since he was not present at that
meeting. Authority Members Pickler and Overholt were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Roth, seconded by
Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Roth offered
Resolution No. AHA85-8 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report dated April 30,
1985.
2. 177/123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA85-8: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
PROGRAM REVISED MASTER SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498
INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CAi§-E104-015 AND PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT OF
MONIES PURSUANT TO A GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT.
