Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:13 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held July 23, 1985. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion.
Authority Member Bay abstained on the minutes since he was not present at that
meeting. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$651,036.86, in accordance with the 1985-86 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: Authority Member Roth offered Resolution No. AHA85 -13
for adoption in accordance with the reports, recommendations and certifica-
tions furnished to each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar
Agenda. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177 /123: RESOLUTION NO. ARA85 -13: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I AND NEW PART II OF SECTION 8 HOUSING
CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF -498 AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION THEREOF. (Authorizing revision of the Master Section 8 Annual
Contributions Contract No. SF -498, to incorporate all existing projects,
including Project CA 16 -E104 -015, for a total of 2,011 units, and providing
for deposit of monies pursuant to a General Depositary Agreement.)
