Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 10:33 a.m.
MINUTES: Authority Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held October 29, 1985. Authority Member Pickler seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY: The report on
financial demands was deferred to the next regular meeting.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Pickler, seconded by
Authority Member Roth, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Pickler offered
Resolution No. AHA85-19 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 177: Receiving and filing the Executive Director's Report as of
September 30, 1985.
2. 177/137: RESOLUTION NO. AHA85-19: A RESOLUTION OF ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING THE
ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SENIOR RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROJECT.
(Authorizing a Resolution of Inducement of the Authority relating to the
Issuance of Bonds in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 for the purpose of
financing the acquisition and construction of a 196-unit senior rental housing
project to be located at 707 West Santa Ana Street, Calmark Heritage
Park/Anaheim II, Ltd.)
