PRESENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Bay and Roth ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Overholt and Pickler PRESENT: CITY MANAGER: William O. Talley SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 9:54 a.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $1,741.5, in accordance with the 1983-84 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Authority Member Bay, seconded by Authority Member Kaywood, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 177/107: Approving the Request for Bid for the Patt Street Affordable Condominium Project; bids to be opened May 17, 1984, 2:00 p.m. 2. 177/123: Authorizing an agreement with the City for the conveyance of properties located at 1015, 1018, 1022 and 1023 North Patt Street, 225 East La Palma Avenue, 707 East Wilhelmina Street, and 322 and 328 East Julianna Street, to the Authority for the development of low- and moderate-income housing, and authorizing the Executive Director to execute same. 3. 177/107: Approving a Request for Proposal for an Alternative Housing Project to be located at 707 East Wilhelmina Street, with proposals to be submitted by May 10, 1984, 5:00 p.m. ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Kaywood moved to adjourn.
