Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:35 p.m.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, minutes of
the Anaheim Housing Authority regular meetings held February 3 and 10,
1981, were approved with typographical corrections noted. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $342.89, in accordance with the 1980 -81 Budget, were approved,
177.128: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT - PERIOD ENDING JANUARY 31 1981
On motion by Mr. Bay, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, Executive Director's
Report covering Housing activities for the period ending January 31,
1981, was ordered received and filed. MOTION CARRIED.
177.123: AGREEMENT WITH KAPILOW AND SON. INC In accordance with
recommendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Roth moved that an agree-
ment with Kapilow and Son, Inc., be authorized to assist in the adjustment
of any loss or damage arising out of the fire at 76 South Claudina Street,
in an amount not to exceed $2,500. Mr. Overholt seconded the motion.

177: APPLICATION - HUD SECTION 8 - 67 MODERATE REHABILITATION UNITS
In accordance with recommendation by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood
offered Resolution No. AHA81 -4 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO, AHA81 -4 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS FOR 67 UNITS UNDER SECTION 8 OF
TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974.
