Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority
to order at 1:46 p.m..
MINUTES: Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,165.82, in accordance with ~he 1981-82 Budget, were approved.
177: HOUSING AUTHORITY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES - EL CAMINO BUILDING: In accord-
ance with recom~rendations by the Executive Director, Mr. Overholt moved that
payment to the Authority in the amount of $18,750.00 for claim for damage
to Authority furniture and equipment at 201 E. Lincoln Avenue (El Camino
Building), as recommended by the Authority's Adjuster, Kapilow & Son, Inc.,
and the City's Risk Manager, be accepted. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
Mr. Priest advised that the foregoing action rescinded the settlement
authorized by the Authority on July 14, 1981, and accepted the amount
noted.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
