Chairman Pro Tem Roth called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:14 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$1,375.80, in accordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved.
177:. HOUSING AUTHORITY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES - EL CAMINO BUILDING:
In accordance with recommendations by Executive Director Norman J. Priest,
it was moved by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, that claim of the
Authority in the amount of $18,900 for damage to Authority furniture
and equipment at 201 E. Lincoln Avenue (El Camino Building), be approved,
as recommended by the Authority adjuster, Kapilow & Son, Inc., and that
the Executive Director be authorized to execute the Proof of Loss and
any other documents related to said claim. Mr. Seymour was absent.
MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Overholt seconded
the motion. Mr. Seymour was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
