Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:13 P,M.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, approval
of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting, MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of 202.21, in accordance with the 1979-80 Budget, were approved,
177. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT - MARCH 31 1980: On motion by
Mr, Bay, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, Executive Director's Report
covering Housing activities for the period ending March 31, 1980,
were ordered received and filed, as recommended by the Executive
Director. MOTION CARRIED,
177: RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES SHARING - SENIOR CITIZENS: Mrs. Kaywood
advised that she had received a report from the Community Development
Department pertaining to the promotion of residential facility shar-
ing by senior citizens currently residing alone. She suggested that
information be posted on bulletin boards at the Housing and Neighbor-
hood Preservation Office, the Senior Citizens Center and at the
Senior Citizens Residence; and that the local A,A,R.P, office be
made aware of the program.
TITS. Kaywood pointed out there were some homes in the central city
area which had been rehabilitated and were large enough to accommo-
date more than one resident.
Mr. Priest reported that the Housing and Neighborhood Preservation
Office was in the process of implementing the promotion of shared
facilities, as recommended.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim Housing Authority, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
