Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order at 1:26 P.1`I.
MINUTES: on motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, minutes of the
Anaheim Housing Authority regular meeting held September 30, 1980, were
approved. Mr. Seymour abstained. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$96.10, in accordance with the 198081 Budget, were approved.
177: STATUS REPORT - FREMONT AND APOLLO JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL PROPERTIES:
The Executive Director reported that the sixty-day period established for
selection of a developer for the affordable housing proposed on the
Fremont and Apollo Junior High School sites has expired; however discus-
sions are continuing. He advised that the Anaheim Union High School
District has indicated a willingness to work with the City, and they
hope to go to public bidding in December
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mr. Roth moved to adjourn. Mr. Bay seconded the motion.
