Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting~of the Anaheim housing Authority to
order at 1:35 P.M.
MLNU'1'ES: Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANllS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $28,051.31
inaccordance with the 1980-81 Budget, were approved.
177: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S KEPORT AS OF AUGUST 31, 1980: Mr. Norm Priest briefed
the Council on hi.s report and also reported further that they had received noti-
fication that they had been approved for an additional 101 units of Section 8
Moderate. Rehabilitation, now totalling some 215 units. They were pleased that
HlID continued to show that confidence in them. Any source they could get to
rehabilitate those units and main Cain current housing stock was very much in
Chc interest of the City and the Housing Authority.
Oa motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Bay, the Executive Director's Report
covering housing activities for the period ending AugusC 31, 1980 was ordered
received and filed. h101'ION CARRIED.
