A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2071
(CUP tracking no. 2000-04288)
WHEREAS, on April 21, 1980, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted
Resolution No. PC80-71 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 2071 and permit automotive and truck repair
in the ML (Limited Industrial) Zone at 1290 Sunshine Way.
WHEREAS, this property is developed with an industrial building in the ML (Limited
Industrial) zone; and that the Anaheim General Plan designates the property for General Industrial land
uses; and
WHEREAS, Bucky Gillett, agent for ZR Properties, submitted a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2071 because the approved conditional use, automotive and
truck repair, is no in existence and a building permit has been obtained for a computer services company
(Hewlett-Packard) at this location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in oonnection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2071 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Plannin Commission meeting of
