A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSI06V
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITI~NAL USE PERMIT NO. 1011
(CUP Tracking No. 2000-04249)
WHEREAS, on March 25, 1968, the Anaheim City Planning Commission adopted
Resolution No. PC68-75 to grant Conditional Use Permit No. 1011 and permit a drive-in restaurant with
waiver of minimum number of parking spaces on property located at 2108-2120 South Harbor Boulevard;
and
WHEREAS, this property is developed with a 5,500 sq.ft. sit-down restaurant (Baker's
Square at 2110 South Harbor Boulevard) in the CL (Commercial, Limited) zone; and that the Anaheim
General Plan Land Use Element designates this property for General Commercial land uses; and
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 2000-04215 (to construct an outdoor dining area
in conjunction with the existing sit-down restaurant with sale of beer and wine for on-premises
consumption and with waiver of minimum n~umber of parking spaces) was approved on June 5, 2000; and
that Condition No. 29 of Resolution No. PC2000-79, adopted in connection with said use permit, requires
that the owner of subject property request termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1011 because the
entitlement is not being exercised and is not necessary for operation of the existing restaurant; and
WHEREAS, Joseph F. Trungale, agent for Vicorp Restaurants, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IIT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1011 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
