A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2621
WHEREAS, on November 20 1984 the Anaheim City Council, by its Resolution 84R-454,
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2621, in part, to permit on-sale alcoholic beverages in a proposed
restaurant at 50 South Anaheim Boulevard (waiver of minimum number of parking spaces was denied);
and
WHEREAS, Farhad Abolfathi (the property manager), has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2621 because the restaurant no longer exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Ciry Planning Commission
does hereby terrninate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2621 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
