RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-172
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITtONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3203
WHEREAS, on November 14, 1989, the Anaheim City Council did, by its Resolution No.
89R-434, grant Conditional Use Permit No. 3203 to permit the division of commercial space in an existing
retail center at 601-697 North Euclid Center with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, Claus Dieckell, President of Milan Properties LLC, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3203 to comply with Condition No. 24 of Resolution No.
PC2002-125, adopted in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-04569 (which permits the division
of tenant spaces within an existing commercial retail center to create five additional retail units with waiver of
minimum number of parking spaces); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3203 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
November 18, 2002.
