A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 3862
(TRACKING NO. 2001-04500)
WHEREAS, on September 4, 1996, Conditional Use Permit No. 3862 was granted under
Resolution No. PC96-88 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit an automobile
wholesale/auction facility.
WHEREAS, on September 10, 2001, Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-04434 was
granted by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit an outdoor contractor's yard.
WHEREAS, Richard A. Marion Jr., property owner, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 3862 to comply with the conditions of approval for Conditional
Use Permit No. 2001-04434, since this entitlement is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 3862 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
January 14, 2002.
