RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 127
WHEREAS, on June 13, 1950, the City Council, by Resolution No. 1743, granted
Variance No. 127 to permit a building at 319 North Manchester Avenue to be used for the mixing of paint
and the storage of steel sash windows; and
WHEREAS, Larry Henry, the property owner, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Variance No. 127 to comply with the conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No.
3874 (which permits a telecommunication monopole antenna having an approximate height of 60 feet)
because the earlier entitlement is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 127 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
February 11, 2002.
