AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE
PAYMENTS PROGRAM HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE-
OWNER/PHA PROJECT NO. CA16-0003-004.

The Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA79-7 duly passed and
adopted.
MOTION: On motion by Mr. Bay, seconded by Mr. Roth, the Anaheim
Housing Authority approved the change of General Partners Interests
as provided in Section 17 of the Agreement and Certificate of
Limited Partnership for Village Center Apartments. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the
Anaheim Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Over-
holt seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
