A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 2523
WHEREAS, on July 23, 1973, the Anaheim Planning Commission, by its Resolution No.
PC73-157, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2523 to waive the required six-foot masonry wall
enclosing outdoor storage to permit screening existing outdoor uses with a slatted chainlink fence on
property located on 305 North Crescent Way (Western Exterminator Company); and
WHEREAS, Michael Katz, president of Western Exterminator Company, has submitted a
letter requesting termination of Variance No. 2523 to comply with Condition No. 3 of Resolution No.
PC2002-42, adopted in connection with Variance No. 2002-04484 for waiver of the permitted location of a
monument type sign to construct a new monument sign, because the entitlement is no longer needed;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 2523 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
May 20, 2002.
