RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 4387
WHEREAS, on February 10, 2000, the Anaheim Zoning Administrator, by her Decision
No. ZA2000-11, granted Variance No. 4387 for waiver of maximum structural height to construct a 33-foot
high finro-story single-family residence at 349 South Ramsgate Drive in the RS-HS-22,000(SC)
(Residential, Single-Family, Hillside - Scenic Corridor Overlay) zone; and
WHEREAS, Moussa Raiszadeh, the property owner, submitted a letter requesting
termination of Variance No. 4387 to comply with Condition No. 5 of Decision No. ZA2001-03, adopted in
connection with Variance No. 2001-04468, which requires that the property owner submit a letter
requesting termination of Variance No. 4387 because it has expired and is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 4387 on the basis of the foregoing
findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
June 17, 2002.
