Resolution-PC 2002-88~ ~ RESOLUTION NO. PC2002-88 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 4387 WHEREAS, on February 10, 2000, the Anaheim Zoning Administrator, by her Decision No. ZA2000-11, granted Variance No. 4387 for waiver of maximum structural height to construct a 33-foot high finro-story single-family residence at 349 South Ramsgate Drive in the RS-HS-22,000(SC) (Residential, Single-Family, Hillside - Scenic Corridor Overlay) zone; and WHEREAS, Moussa Raiszadeh, the property owner, submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 4387 to comply with Condition No. 5 of Decision No. ZA2001-03, adopted in connection with Variance No. 2001-04468, which requires that the property owner submit a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 4387 because it has expired and is no longer needed; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 4387 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
