RESOLUTION NO. PC2003-33

A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 2812
WHEREAS, on June 7, 1976, the Anaheim City Planning Comrnission did, by its
Resolution No. PC76-118, grant Variance No. 2812 for waiver of permitted primary uses to establish an
automotive diagnostic center at 2800 West Lincoln Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Bob Veriato, representing Havadjia Holdings, Inc., the property owner, has
submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 2812 to comply with Condition No. 30 of
Resolution No. PC2002-140, adopted in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-04577 (to
permit construction of a fast food restaurant with drive-through and pick-up windows, and with waivers),
and because the automotive diagnostic center is no longer in operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2812 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
February 24, 2003.
