RESOLUTION NO. PC2005-22
A RESOLUTION OF THE:ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE N0. 1118
_ (1126 NORTN EUCLID STREET)
WHEREAS, on June 8, 1959, the Anaheim Planning Commission, by its Resolution Na 248,
grant Variance No. 1118 to expand an industrial laundry andJinen supply in the RM-3 zone at 1126 North Euclid
Street; and
WHEREAS, A. Hsieh property owner has submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance
No. 1118 to comply with the Condition of approval No: 30 of Resolution No.'2002R-210, Gonditional Use Permit
No. 2002-04554 (to construct a 32-unit attached condominium subdivision with `waivers of required
improvements of privafe streets; maximum fence height, minimum dimensions of parking spaces, minimum
building setback, and minimum width of pedestrian accessways) approvedby the City Council on
September 24, 2002, requires #he property owner to submit a letter to the Planning Services Division requesting
termination of Variance No; 1118 since this entitlement is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance Na 1118 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby find
and determine that adoption of this Resofution is'expressly predicated'upon applicant's compliance with each
and all of the conditions hereinabove set forth. Should any such condition, or any part thereof, be declared
invalid or unenforceable by the final judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, then this Resolution, and
any approvals herein contained, shall be deemed null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
February 7, 2005. Said resolution is subject to the appeal provision forth in Chapter 18.60 "Procedures" of
the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to appeal procedur n ay ~e re lace b y Council Resolution
in the event of an appeaL " --
