RESOLUTION NO. PC2006-99
A RESOLUTION OFTHE ANAHEIM PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NOS. 1896, 2073, 2189, 2491 AND 3744

WHEREAS, on October 9; 1978, Conditional Use Permit No. 1896 was granted under -
Resolution No. PG78-197 by the Anaheim Planning Gommission to permit a pawn shop; and
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1980, Conditional Use Permit No. 2073 was granted underResolution
No. PC 80-75 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit on-sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant in
the CL Zone; and
WHEREAS, on April 6, 9981, Conditional Use Permit No. 2189 was granted under ResolutlOn
Na: PC81-68 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit on-sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant;
and
WHEREAS, on September 7; 1983, Conditional Use Permit No. 2491 was granted under
Resolution No. PC 83-160 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to permit on-sale beer and wine in an existing
restaurant with waiver of minimum number of parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, on March 2, 1995, Conditional Use Permit No. 3744 was granted under Resolution
No. ZA 95-03 by the Anaheim Zoning Administrator to permit a 720 square foot expansion of an existing 3,661
square foof enclosed restaurant with on-premises sale and consumption ofbeer and wine; and
WHEREAS, the property owners, have submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional
Use Permit Nos. 1896, 2073, 2189, 2499 and 3744 to comply with the condition of approval Na' 38 of
Resolution No. PC2004-55 (to permit sales of alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption for aproposed
15,023 s.f. drug store) approved by the Planning Commission on May 17;'2004: Said condition requires the
property owner to submit a letter to the Planning Services Division requ,esting termination of Conditional Use
Permit Nos. 1896, 2073, 2189, 2491 and 3744 since this entitlement is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Planning Commission does hereby
terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit Nos. 1896, 2073, 2189, 2491 and 3744 on
the basis of the foregoing'findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was adopted at the Planning Commission meeting of
October 30, 2006. Said resolution is subject to the appeal provisions set forth in Chapter 18.60 "Procedures" of
the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to appeal procedures ay laced ' y Council Resolution ,
