Discussion was held, and Authority Member Kaywood expressed concern
that there was no indemnification provision contained in the pro-
posed agreement to hold the City harmless from all damage, loss
liability, costs, expenses or attorneys' fees which might be sus-
tained or incurred as a consequence of any claim made against the
Authority as result of the Authority acting on any erroneous
information furnished by the bank.
Deputy City Attorney Malcolm E. Slaughter stated that he would have
no objection to adding such a provision to the agreement.

services.
