A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING A SPECIAL PERMIT TO MOVE A
RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE WITHIN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHEREAS, a written application has been filed with the City
of Anaheim for a Special Permit to move a residential structure:

WHEREAS, said application having been set for public hearing
on the 1st day of September, 1998, at the hour of 6:00 o'clock P.M.,
and notice of the time and place fixed for said public hearing having
been given by mail to all persons residing within a radius of three
hundred feet from the property upon which it is proposed to move said
structure at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last available
tax assessment roll; and,
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hearing
upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and the City
Council having duly considered said application for a Special Permit,
together with all evidence and reports submitted in connection
therewith, does find the said permit should be granted for the
following reasons:
1. That the house proposed to be moved is comparable in value,
size, quality, design and appearance, to houses in the area into which
it is to be moved if renovated as required; and
2. That the house will not be detrimental to nor diminish the
value of property in the area; and
3. That said structure will conform to the provisions of Title
15 and 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code applicable to the property upon
which it will be located.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the application for a Special Permit to move a
residential structure as hereinabove described to Anaheim, California,
be, and the same is hereby granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That prior to issuance of a foundation permit, the proposed
site shall be inspected to the satisfaction of the Anaheim Fire
Department to determine whether any underground storage tanks are
