RESIGNATION: L. P. Bonnat submitted his resignation as of August 1, 1953 and
expressed his appreciation and thanks to the Council for the consideration given
him the past five years. Mr. Bonnat was employed as City 3udge from February 3,
1948 to 3anuary 1~ 1953 and was assigned other duties up to this time.
Councilman Heyin9 moved that a Resolution commending Mr. Bonnat for
services rendered and acceptance of his resignation~ ~rith regrets, be prepared.

PERSONNEL APPOINTMENTS~ The Administrative Officer~ on recommendation of the
