concerns for #raffic congestion. and questioned whether there were future plans #or raised median
which would .restrict left turns into businesses. A. Yalda, Traffic Engineering, replied no medians
were anticipated at this time. The Zoning Administrator approved the parking waiver on the basis
of the parking sttady; modified Condition 3 and 4 for conformance as required by City Engineer;
modified Condition 8 for monument-type sign to be a maximum of 8 feet in height and 40 sq. ft. in
area; and added condition limiting approval of waiver to this specific use only.
