18.6 acres located at the southeast comer of Kateila Avenue and Euclid Street.
To permit on-premise sale and consumption of beer and wine In conjunction with an existing
restaurant (deleted waiver of minimum number of parking spaces -approved under Variance
No. 4268 by the Zoning Administrator on December 8, 1994). Continued from
November 10, 1994 and December 8, 1994 Zoning Administrator meetings.
Remarks: Melvlna U, Agent, was present in support of protect. Jim Gandy, Police Officer, was
present and spoke in opposition. Zoning Administrator dented request for on-premise sale and
consumption of beer and wine based on the property being located within a high crime area;
over-concentration of alcohol licenses in the area, per testimony and documentation by Police
Department; and close proximity to residential areas.
