premise sale and consumption of beer and wine for a period of one year, with an added water
utilities-related condition.

Remarks: Spyridon Rados was present in support of project. Jim Gandy, Police Officer, was
present and offered information on alcohol beverage control regulations. No one appeared in
opposition. Zoning Administrator approved the request permitting asemi-enclosed expansion to
a restaurant that has on-premise sale and consumption of beer and wine, and deleted Condition
No. 2 relating to added landscaping in the parking area.
