frontage of approximately 102 feet on the east side of Euclid Street, having a

Petitioner requests an amendment to conditions of approval to permit alcoholic beverages In
addition to beer and wine (previously approved) within an existing restaurant.
Remarks: Hakam Issa, Agent, was present in support of project. Jlm Gandy, Police Officer,
was present and offered information on alcohol beverage control regulations. No one spoke in
opposition. Zoning Administrator approved request to permit alcoholic beverages in addition to
beer and wine for a period of one year (exp(res 3/16/96), with modified conditions.

A. VARIANCE NO. 4248: Substantial conformance review pertaining to layout and design
of the proposed detached structure, with waiver of structural setback and yard area
requirements to construct a detached recreation room with roof-top sun deck. Property
is located at 406 South Mohler Drive.
Remarks: Bruce Manser, applicant's representative/architect, spoke in support of project. No
one spoke in opposition. Zoning Administrator approved revised plans as being in substantial
conformance with previously-approved plans on file.
