PROPERTIES C/O 144 North Orange Street Orange, CA 92666 LOCATION: 4522-24 East Eisenhower Circle: Property is approximately 0.7 acre with frontage of approximately 189 feet on the south side of Eisenhower Circle, having a maximum depth of approximately 135 feet and being located approximately 250 feet east of the centerline of Lakeview Avenue. Petitioner requests approval of Tentative Parcel Np. 94-209 (advertised as Tentative Parcel Map No. 94205 to establish a 2-lot industrial subdivision.
