To permit on-premise sale and consumption of beer and wine within an existing restaurant (Paradise
Cafe).
Remarks: Manny Hernandez, Agent, and Nick Collas spoke fn support of project. Jim Gandy,
Police Officer, was present and offered information on alcohol beverage control regulations. Zoning
Administrator approved request for on-premise sale and consumption of beer and wine for a period
of one year.

B. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WAVIER 95-02:
Register Charities, 625 North Grand Avenue, Santa Ana, request approval of a 1 Clay
antique/collectables sale for charity purposes, at the location: 7551 South Douolass Road.
Remarks: Ronna Kelly, representative from The Register, was present in support. Alfred
Yalda, Public Works Dept., was present regarding traffic Information. Zoning Administrator
approved 1-time only event on June 4, 1995 with revised and added conditions relating to
meeting with Traffic Division, balloon advert(sing and event setup.
