REQUEST FOR A RETROACTIVE TIME EXTENSION
TO COMPLY WITH CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
Petitioner Art Bermudez has submitted a request for an extension of time to comply with
conditions of approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 3393, for the location: 1731 West
Katella Avenue.
Remarks: Art Bermudez, petitioner, appeared in support. Jim Gandy, Police Officer,
was present and offered information on alcohol beverage control regulations. Zoning
Administrator denied request for extension of time.
B. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WAIVER 95-03:
APPROVED
Petitioner Robert Montgomery, of 33850 Colegio Drive, Dana Point, requests approval of
a 10-day parking lot sale, for the location: 1601 E. Cerritos Avenue.
Remarks: Bob Montgomery and Brent McKee, representatNes of Homestead House,
appeared in support of the request. Zoning Administrator approved waiver including
conditions limiting event for 11 days (10 day plus 1-day setup) and limiting balloon
advertising to weekend sale days.
