Remarks: Art Bermudez, Agent; Elmer Nelson; Jereme James and Ralph Knight spoke In
support of the project. Jim Gandy, Police Officer, offered information on alcohol beverage
control regulations. The Zoning Administrator continued the item for two weeks to July 6, 1995,
the Police Department will then submit a list identifying the licenses in the area (name, location
and type of license).

been submitted and stated the applicant has the option of readvertisfng it again for a public
hearing; the applicant stated that she would like to have a copy of the letters in opposition and
that she will be requesting a public hearing.
