To permit a large family day care facility for up to twelve (12) children..
REMARKS: A letter was received in opposition along with phone calls in regards to the request. The

3. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
A. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WAIVER 95-04:
Petitioner (Ronald McDonald House) request approval a special circumstances waiver in order to
permit a pancake breakfast, law enforcement expo and rod run at subject location 1551 South
Douglass Road.
REMARKS: Leonard Liberio, Ronald McDonald House of Orange County, spoke in support
of the request; there was no opposition to this ftem. The Zoning Administrator
approved the 1-day event for September 23, 1995.
