VARIANCE NO. 4236 REQUEST FOR REVIEW OF REVISED PARKING STUDY: APPROVED Pettioner, Universal Atloy, has submitted a request to review a revised parking study per conditions of approval of Variance No, 4236: 2871 La Mesa Avenue REMARKS: No presence was made in support or in opposition to the subject request. Della Herrick, Associate Planner, gave background Information on the item. Zoning Administrator stated a decision is not necessary, but a letter will be sent to the applicant stating that the revised parking study has met the necessary requirements, therefore, the request was approved. B. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE REQUEST NO. 9601: APPROVED Petitioner, Peter Hahm, has requested approval for a temporary banner in the ML (Limited Industrial) Zone at: 125 East Ball Road. REMARKS: Peter Hahn, petitioner, was present in support of the subject request. No one was present in opposition and no opposition was received. Della Herrick, Associate Planner, explained as long as the applicant is operating per the conditional use permit and is meeting all the conditions of approval relative to maintaining the subject property, that staff recommends the applicant be allowed to request for a special event and have the banners 36-days per calendar year (4, 9-day periods).
