approximately 210 feet on the east side of West Street, having a maximum
depth of approximately 243 feet and being located approximately 220 feet south
of the centerline of North Street.
To establish a 3-lot single family subdivision, with waiver of minimum lot size
and width.
This item was continued from the Zoning Administrator meeting of January 18, 1996.
REMARKS: Wayne Jolley, Anacal Engineering Company, stated he submitted the
appropriate information (map and letter) that was requested by the Zoning
Administrator. Kent Boydstun, 703 N. Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, stated he is
representing the property owner and spoke in support of the subject request.
No one was present in opposition .and no opposition was received. Zoning
Administrator explained her concerns relative to Findings 15 (a) & (b) in the staff
report, therefore, the sutiject request was denied. However, the negative
declaration was approved.
Selma Mann, Deputy Ciry Attorney, suggested the denial also be linked to
Findings 16 (1) & (2) in the staff report.

the southerly terminus of approximately 80 feet on the southerly terminus of
Londerry Lane.
With-waiver of maximum structural height proposed, to construct two
single-family residences.
REMARKS: Steve Enochs, representing Lucas-Mercier Development, he spoke in support to
the request and he gave a slide presentation. Michael Wolf, 670 S. Andover,
Anaheim, spoke expressing his concern telatlve to the existing problems at the
subject location and he stated those problems need to be addressed before
going forward with today's request. Larry Johnson, 4521 E. Hastings Avenue,
Orange, spoke in opposition to the request and submitted a petition; there were
five additional people who spoke In opposition. Zoning Administrator denied the
request.
