No one spoke in favor of the request. There were six people present in opposition. Zoning Administrator approved this request based on the following reasons: 1. The height waiver is minimal in the overall picture and the configuration of this specific lot is different from the other residential lots In the area: 2. The 2 to 1 slope difference that there is substantial grey differential that occurs on the property and that the lines of sight as shown on the exhibits. Visual Impact will be minimal. 3. The guest house is not being considered because it Is permitted by right in the RS-HS 43,000 zone of the City of Anaheim Mun(cipal Code Title 18. ZONING ADMINISTRATOR DECISION NO. 96-06 3a. To permit a large family day care for up to twelve (12) children. REMARKS: Rajinder Singh, applicant, concurred with the staff report. No one was present fn opposition, and no opposition was received relative to the subject request.
