A. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WAIVER NO. 96-05: APPROVED
Ronald McDonald house requests approval of a special circumstances waiver
in order to conduct a charity car show at subject location. Property is located
at 1551 South Douglass Road.
REMARKS: Len Liberio, Executive Duector of Orange County Ronald McDonald House, was
present in [he event that there were any questions from the Zoning Administrator.
No one was present in opposition and no opposition was received. Zoning
Administrator approved the request.
B. :SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WAIVER NO. 96-03: APPROVED
United Sports Entertainment Inc. requests a special circumstances waiver in
order to conduct a three day personal watercraft competition in the Santa Ana
River Bed. Property is located a[ 2695 East Katella Avenue (The Arrowhead
Pond of Anaheim).
REMARKS: Jim Lymskey, Representative with United Sports Entertainment Inc., was present in
the event that there were any questions from the Zoning Administrator. No one was
present in opposidon and no opposition was received. Zoning Administrator
approved the request.
