REMARKS: Gordan Brittsan, General Manager, Anaheim Lincoln Mercury requests approval
of a spedal circumstance waiver to retain temporary advertising banners for an automobile dealership.
Zoning Administrator specified that the banners must be attached to the property owner's permanent
light fixtures and maintained as/they get weathered. ~

events permit at an industrially zpned property).. Property is located at 1150 North Lemon
Street.
REMARKS: Sunwest Metals, states the special event is scheduled for June 19 through June 22,
1996 and would include balloons, a banner and food (hot dogs and soft drinks). The purpose of the
event is to show appreaation to his valued customers. The subject business has recently been located
[o the subject property as a result of the condemnation of its former location due to widelling of the
Interstate 5 Freeway.
