is an irregularly shaped pazcel of land consisting of approximately 3.28 acres located
at the terminus of Vista Del Sol, having a frontage of approximately 50 feet on the
south side of Vista Del Sol, having a maximum depth of approximately 424 feet and
being located approximately ]500 feet east of the centerline of Country Hill Road.

REMARKS: Shane Shaw, agent, spoke artd said the proposal had been modified and staff received
a copy of the revised map late yesterday (Wednesday).
The Zoniug Administrator noted the staff report, available to the public before the changes were made, did not
discuss the revised proposal and, in fact, recommended a continuance [o allow time focaddressing some issues.
She indicated she could not make a decision without first having a staff report which analyzed the revised
proposal and which was available [o the public prior to the heazing. Since [he next Zoning Administrator public
hearing would typically be in two weeks but that date, July 4, is a City holiday and since Mr. Shaw asked that
the modified map be considered as soon as possible, the Zoning Administrator continued this public hearing to
the Monday, July 8, 1996 Planning Commission public hearing [o allow time for the item to be agendized and
staff report ko be prepazed.
At staffs request, Mr. Steve Cooper indicated his presence at the Zoning Administrator public hearing in
opposition [o the proposal and addressed his specific concerns. He is a "downstream" property owner and
resident. He asked that his name and address be included on the mailing list for this proposal. Staff indicated
they would try to address his concerns prior to the Planning Commission public hearing and to address them
in the July 8, 1996 staff report.
The Zoning Administrator noted that if anyone wanted a verbatim copy of the Zoning Administrator meeting
tape recording, arrangement could be made with Zoning staff, She also noted that this public hearing was being
continued to a specific date (July 8,1996), time (1:30 pm Public Hearing following an 11:00 am Preliminary Plan
Review) and place (City Council Chamber) and, therefore, no further public notification would be made.
