No one indicated a desire to speak in opposition or in favor of subject proposal.
The Zoning Administrator concurred with staff that the proposed project falls
within the definition of Categorical Exemptions, Class 15, as defined in the State
EIR and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirements to prepare an
EIl2.
The Zoning Administrator approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 96-173 with the
deletion of Condition No. 6.

TO COMPLY WITH CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: PeGdoner Philip (To expire 1-2-98)
Anthony, 2157 Pacific Avenue, B-203, Costa Mesa, CA 92627 request to
permit two wall signs in the Scenic Corridor; one wall sigo permitted by code.
Retroactive extension of time [o comply with conditions of approval to expire
January 2, 1998. Property is located at 5757 E. Santa Ana Canyon,
REMARKS: Philip Anthony, 2157 Pacific Avenue, B-203, Costa Mesa, CA
92627, stated this is basically the same request approved in April of 1993, just a
different tenant. The sign will be smaller in size.
The Zoning Administrator approved the extension of time for Variance No. 4222,
to expire on January 2, 1998.
