Property is a rectangulazly-shaped pazcel consisting of approximately 1.20 acres, with a frontage of approximately 85 feet on the east side of Hazbor Boulevazd, and located approamately 1,220 feet north of the centerline of Freedman Way (Cazousel Inn and Suites).
