ZONING ADMDdISTRATOR DECISION NO. 97-3
REMARSS: Ronald Bundy, agent, 20331 Irvine Avenue, Ste. E-7, Santa Ana Heights, CA 92707, was
present to address any questions.
No one indicated a desire [o speak in opposition to subject proposal.
The Zoning Administrator concurred with staff that the proposed project fall within the definition of
Categorical Exemption, Class 15, as defined in the State EIIt guidelines and is, therefore, categorically
exempt from the requirements to prepare an ED2.
The Zoning Administrator approved Tentative Pazcel Map No. 96-188, amending Condition Nos. 2, 3 and 4
to read as follows:
In Nos. 2, 3 and 4, replace the words "Maintenance Depaztment" with "Public Works Depaz[ment,
Streets and Sanitation Division"
Amend No. 7 to read "That prior to final parcel map approval, Condition Nos. 2 through 6 above-
mentioned shall be complied with."
