apprmdmate frontage of 149 feet on the east side of State College Boulevazd,
having a maximum depth of approximately 101 feet, is located approximately 168
feet south of [he centerline of Westport Drive and further described as 514 South
State College Boulevazd, AI Khayam Restaurant.
To permit on-premise sales and consumption of beer and wine in an enclosed restaurant with waiver
of minimum number of pazking spaces.
REMARKS: Patrick Panzarello, agent, was present to represent this project. Annika Santalahti,
Zoning Administrator, approved this request to withdraw Conditional Use Permit No. 39?3 for on-
premises sale of beer and wine in a proposed restaurant with waiver of minimum number of pazking
spaces. Ms. Santalahti approved a waiver of minimum number of pazking spaces for a proposed
restaurant which now is identified as Variance No. 4308
