The Zoning Administrator approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 95-189 with certain changes to conditions:
Modified Condition Nos. 1 and 4 and added a condition prohibiting Parcel No. 2 (landlocked parcel with
vehicles access via an easement to Howell Avenue) from having any off-site signs on Katella Avenue.
