A. TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP N0.96-151 REQUEST FOR
APPROVAL: Petitioner CAFIG, INC., 4420 Sherwin Road,
Willoughby, OH, requests a three year extension of time to expire
September 19, 2001 to comply with conditions of approval for
Tentative Parcel Map No. 96-151 to establish a two lot
subdivision of an industrial property. This map was originally
approved on September 19, 1996. (522, 600-604 and 708 East
Vermont Avenue)
