No one else indicated their presence, and staff had received two (2) letters and staff discussed the proposal
with one person (Brad White) and he withdrew his letter of opposition, the planner was not able to get in touch
with the second person (Mr. Fitzsimmons).
Applicant/Davd Ball stated that he appreciated the customer service provided to him by the planner.
ApplicanUDavid Ball also stated that the parking garage is subterranean composed of concrete block. The
facility that will be constructed will be of concrete block and will look exactly like the existing building. It will be
used fora medical documents storage area for on-site storage within a parking garage.
