Mr. Jose Ramos, applicant indicated he was present at the meeting, however, did not wish
to speak.
Ms. Santalahti, Zoning Administsrator stated that Traffic Engineering and Planning staff has
taken a look at the proposal and has determined that a 4foot high difference with wrought
iron placed between the block pilasters is a minor deviation from Code requirements and
that Traffic Engineering staff believes that there is sufficient visibility for the public traveling
on either Haven Drive or Least Street.
Ms. Santalahti, Zoning Administrator approved Administrative Adjustment No. 171 as
recommended by Staff on the basis that the line of site has been reviewed and that it is a
combination of block wall and wrought Iron and there are no issues regarding lines of site.
